How to Apply

Step 1 - How to apply Solar Asia

Please write out the Application Form and turn it in to the Solar Asia Bureau.


Step 2 - Completion of application / Notice of Solar Asia Bureau

Upon the completed registration of the application, the applicant is to be notified of from the exhibit office the fact that application has been successfully registered.


Step 3 - 30% of the Participation Charge to be Paid in Advance

After registering the application form and being notified of the allocated booth location, applicant should pay 30% of booth rental fee within 20 days from the date of the contract signed.


Step 4 - Participating Companies to be Listed on the Webpage of the Solar Asia

Upon finishing allocating participating companies the booth location are to be listed up at the Exhibitor Directory within this exhibition's official website(www.solarasia.co.kr).


Step 5 - Applying for Standard booth or Raw Space Booth

Participating companies' booths that applied for standard booths will be carried out collectively by the organizers, and participating companies that applied for raw booths will have to do their own device work. The raw booth device construction is only available to partners registered in KINTEX, and you can check the status of registered companies in the rental/service category on the KINTEX website (www.kintex.com ). However, you can apply for more than 2 booths (18 sqm).


Step 6 - Applying for Furniture and Annexed Facilities

Participating companies that have received applications and deposited down payments can download the "Furniture Supplies Catalog" and application form through the notice board after logging in. For participating companies that applied for the Standard booth, you can apply and pay directly to the rental company for furniture supplies other than the basic details. Participating companies that applied for RAW booths can supply and receive furniture and other equipment through the selected device company, but you must apply for power, barcode readers, and internet lines to the organizer's office. Please understand that the separately applied equipment and auxiliary facilities will incur costs, and it is difficult to cancel the site due to the completion of the order through the organizer's partner company.


Step 7 - Paying the Rest of Participation Fee

Companies applied for participating the expo must completely pay the 70% of the original participation fee ahead of 1 month of this expo's opening day. When the remained fees are not paid by the specified date, the qualification of participation may be canceled by the host sponsor, and in this case it is worth holding in mind that the pre paid fees will not be refunded.


Step 8 - Booth Design & Installation

All those procedures mentioned above having been finished, the booth installation will be commenced ahead of 2 days from the opening day. And also it is requested that in case of raw booth the companies wanting it start building it as soon as possible because its building time may takes a long time, while in case of shell booth companies wanting it are requested to check its location and simple lights for it ahead of the opening day.


Step 9 - Exhibition Open

The exhibition's opening time will begin at 10:00 o'clock on the first day, but exhibitors will be allowed to have admission 1~2 hour before the opening, so it is recommended they come in the hall a bit little earlier and prepare for meeting the visitors to come.


Step 10 - Booth Removal

After finishing the exhibition, all of the booths are to be removed from 17:30 to 22:00 on the last day.
